The EMCO 3115 is a Double Ridge Guide Antenna. The EMCO 3115 antenna can be utilised for E-Field emissions and immunity testing.

Where would this be used? The EMCO 3115 can be used for Radiated Emissions in order to measure the emissions being produced by the EUT and Radiated Immunity testing in order to subject an EUT to known levels of RF signals.
