The Keltec SR625-20 is a TWT mirowave amplifier. The Keltec SR625-200 is self-contained and air-cooled, designed for applications where instantaneous bandwidth and high gain and linearity are required.

Where would this be used? The Keltec SR625-20 is typically used within Radiated Immunity testing, but can be utilised wherever signals need amplification.

Special care must be taken to ensure load VSWR is better than 1.5:1.
