The EMCO 2075 is an automated mast, with automated adjustable height. The automated mast is supplied with a controller to adjust the height and orientation throughout usage. The EMCO 2075 is manufactured from non-conductive material to minimise RF influence.

This mast is engineered to accommodate an RF-screened ½-hp induction motor for air-operated antenna polarisation. The motor unit is typically controlled via a 20-metre fibre-optic link to the 2090 GPIB table-top controller, and it can also be operated using a hand controller.

The mast is suitable for both OATS and chamber use, and is supplied with outriggers and guy ropes for additional stability. Fitted to the mast is an air-operated antenna polarisation boom, along with a small electric air pump connected via a 20-metre hose.

For operation, a 230 V AC, 13 A outlet within 1 metre of the mast is required. The air pump also requires a 13 A outlet but can be positioned up to 20 metres away. The test or control area must be located within approximately 20 metres of the mast due to the fibre-optic control link.
