The EM-6889 passive electric field rod antenna is designed for low-frequency electric field measurements. It can be mounted on a tripod or stand for flexible test setups.

Where would this be used? The EM-6889 is primarily used for Radiated Emissions testing to measure electric field emissions generated by the Equipment Under Test (EUT). It can be mounted on a tripod or stand for flexible test setups. It is a broadband E-field monopole with a two switched position matching transformer to present some impedance to the drive amplifier whilst driving a high impedance rod. It operates within a frequency range of 1kHz-30MHz. The rod is adjustable from 20” to 41”.
