The CRM-74 is a Tripod Adaptor. The CRM-74 is manufactured from non-conductive material to minimise RF influence.

The adaptor is 10cm diameter and 6cm deep. It has a ⅝ Inch UNC(m) plug on the top and a ⅝ Inch UNC(f) receptor underneath. It was produced to screw onto an existing tripod or other device and allow a continuous rotation. Normally, devices are locked onto the tripod and cannot rotate easily without slackening off the main vertical screw. This permits an antenna to rotate through 360 degrees whilst still firmly supported.
