The Narda DBL-2640N410 is a low noise, high gain pre-amplifier used to increase the sensitivity of measurements. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, operation without power supply is possible.

 Where would this be used? The Narda DBL-2640N410 is predominantly used within Radiated Emissions testing to amplify signals whilst keeping the noise floor constant.

The item  isnormally powered by mains via a plug-in socket unit providing the DC. There is also a rechargeable 12v battery which will allow an all day operation isolated from the mains. The actual amp comes with a back-to-back “k”(m) adapter enabling direct connection to input of a receiver. Also included is a 1m length of UFA-147 40GHz cable.
