This broadband antenna is used for Radiated Immunity Testing to MIL-STD-462 and DoD Specifications (RS03) at a frequency range of 10kHz-30MHz and generates E-fields. The “E” field runs between the elements.
The device contains two transformer baluns to allow the operation of frequencies over 10kHz-30MHz.
Band 1 is 10kHz-5MHz and Band 2 is from 5MHz-30MHz.
A manual band switch is located at the front of the unit, allowing switchover of transformers at the crossover frequency.
